Do you itch so much that you scratch almost constantly? Do you also stink beyond what you think you should? I mean, after all, you are a dog like me. Well, almost like me. I am kinda special, you know. My mom makes sure I don’t scratch very often, and I don’t stink from just being a dog. I did get sprayed by a skunk the other night (not for the first time either), but he shouldn’t have been in my yard. All I did was try to make him get outside of my fence, and he got mad at me.

I remember the first time getting sprayed mom had to mix up a compound to wash me with before she could give me a bath. I tried to fight it, but mom said I had to do it or stay outside. I am not the kind to stay outside for anything or anybody, so I finally consented (like I had a choice). I always hated getting a bath, because the shampoo mom used made my skin hurt. Well, after that harsh compound and then the bath, my skin tried to crawl off my body; I figured I would end up bald as well.

The second time I got sprayed I knew what was coming, and I didn’t want any part of it. I wouldn’t come in the house when mom called me, but she came after me. She promised me that this time it would be different, because she had a new type of dog shampoo. To say the least, I was skeptical. She told me that it was made by humans who loved dogs. Well, that dog shampoo just happens to be one that I now like. It keeps my skin from being dry and flaky; I have very sensitive skin for a dog. Anyway, mom told me that this special shampoo has a skunk odor removal built right into its essential 100% all-natural oils.

I think mom likes the shampoo made by Dinovite because she doesn’t have to sweat while trying to get some lather worked up on my well-rounded body. Also, she likes it because she doesn’t have to rinse me for 30 minutes before getting all the suds out and off. And, she adds in an off-hand way while drying me with a towel, that this shampoo has no chemicals (she hates chemicals in anything), no fillers of any kind (which is good), and no perfumes (which is even better).

Mom says that now, after a bath with Dogosuds ® made by Dinovite, Inc., I smell like a new dog; whatever that means. She also tells me that I have that clean and wonderful smell; since I don’t know what clean and wonderful smell like, I take her word for it. All I know for sure is that I get bathed once a week, and I love it.
